Congratulations to the holder of ticket number B1278,  their prize was $470.   We want to thank all our parents who participated it was a great turn out.  Thanks to our PAC for organizing this fundraiser.

On November 20 we have an early dismissal day.  This is also one of the days teachers are spending time doing interviews and they will have reached out to you,  if needed, to book an interview.  Please make sure to pick up your child at 11:38,  busses will run three hours early that day.  There is no school on the 21st for our students.

On Monday we will be having an assembly about Remembrance Day.  Any student that is part of Girl Guides, Scouts or Cadets are welcome to wear their uniform to school on that day.

Thank you to the 45 families who have already purchased their tickets to next week’s Halloween Dance. Purchasing your ticket in advance will allow you faster entry into the dance! Please have your email confirmation/ticket ready to show at the door.

The more people who purchase tickets the larger the pot for the winner and the more money that goes back to support Lakewood school. (You don’t have to have a child at Lakewood to purchase 50/50 tickets but you must be a BC resident)
