Hello Lakewood families,
Our Spring Fair is coming up soon. This is our largest fundraiser for the school and a fun event for all ages. We hope to see you on May 28th from 5 – 7:30pm
To make this event a success we will need volunteers so please check out our available shifts. Each volunteer will get a free meal (water, hot dog or pizza slice and bag of popcorn or chips) as a thank you. Parents of grade 4s and 5s, these volunteer shifts are a great opportunity for your Lakewood student to give back so please encourage them to sign up (they will still have lots of time to participate in all the activities!). We still need over 30 volunteers!
You can pre-register and buy your child’s wristband in advance so that you can join the fun faster by using this Zeffy link (please bring proof of purchase to pick up your wristband(s)). Cost is $20/child (free for children 4yrs and younger). All children will need a wristband to play the games, win prizes and play on the bouncy castles. Adults don’t need a wristband. Each purchased wristband comes with 1 free bag of popcorn. You can also purchase wristbands on site with debit/credit.
Our 50/50 is live and is already at $230- Please share this link with your friends and family. There are limits on each ticket group so buy early!!
Online Auction link will be shared soon! We have some amazing baskets that you will be able to bid on. You can view these baskets via the online link once shared or in the school gym during the fair on May 28th!
This is a cashless event so please bring credit/debit for use on our Tap/Square machines. We will have drinks, cupcakes, candy bags, popcorn, chips, hot dogs (including veggie hot dogs) and pepperoni, cheese and ham and pineapple pizza slices (sorry no dairy or gluten free) for sale. There will also be an ice cream truck on site!
